If you are not sure how to get PID or Provider ID then this is the method used only for Android.

1. Dial *#2886#
2. Select "MANU"
3. Select "TRACABILITY"
4. LOOK for CU-REF or something that shows model #
5. Mostly it is listed as MODEL - PROVIDER ID (6012A-2AB6CA7)

In order to unlock ALCATEL Model we need the model # and PID (Provider ID Number), which is listed as follows:
