This is a remote service which requires you to use a Windows PC to download a file to connect to our server. This service will only remove Google account from your device. It will not remove device from blacklist if it is blacklisted or Company profile or demo mode or screen lock or password or Network Unlock. It is very important that you are on this screen when you request for this service.

• Internet connection with minimum of 25 MBPS DOWN SPEED
